Free Invitation: Oadby and Wigston Business Breakfast Network Event

Oadby and Wigston Borough Council in partnership with South Leicestershire College would like to invite all businesses in the Borough to attend a FREE Business Breakfast event at South Leicestershire College on Tuesday 25 March 2014.

The event will focus on the implications for businesses of the new Auto-Enrolment Pension legislation which came into effect in October 2012.  Employers will each have been notified by the Pensions Regulator of their staging date for Auto Enrolment, this is the date when the employer must provide its employees with access to a qualifying pension scheme as defined under auto enrolment legislation.  Howes Percival Solicitors will outline the legal implications and Matteoli Woods Pensions Consultancy will provide advice on how to set up a qualifying pension scheme and outline what services are available.

The breakfast (comprising a hot and cold selection), registration and networking will start at 7:15am with presentations starting at 7:40am. An opportunity to network with other businesses from the Borough will conclude the event.
