Free work-based learning

New funding for work-based qualifications for adults in employment is now available through Leicester College and Pera Training.

It is fully funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) so there is no cost to your business.

The funding will focus on up-skilling individuals to help improve to help them to develop and to help your business grow, giving you the skills you need in your workforce.

* A small or medium business of up to 250 employees

Eligibility

* Be 19 years or above (if under 19 please talk to us about apprenticeships)
* Be working for 16 hours or more per week
* Meet England residency criteria
